SendSafe ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SendSafe Chrome extension (the "Extension"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Extension.
By using SendSafe, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you paste content into a Gmail compose window, SendSafe collects the pasted text content to analyze it for AI-generated traces. We may also collect your IP address temporarily for service operation purposes.
The pasted email text is used solely to analyze whether the content contains AI-generated artifacts and to display the results to you. Your pasted text is sent to a third-party AI analysis service for processing and is not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
We do not store your pasted email content. The text is processed and discarded immediately after analysis. We do not retain copies of your email content.
SendSafe uses third-party AI analysis services to analyze pasted text. Your pasted text is sent to these services for analysis according to their respective privacy policies. We have configured our service to opt out of data training, meaning your content is not used to train AI models.
We use HTTPS encryption to protect data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or email content to third parties. We share pasted text with third-party AI analysis services solely for the purpose of AI trace detection. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
You can disable or uninstall SendSafe at any time through Chrome's extension management page (chrome://extensions/). Since we do not store your pasted email content, there is no stored data to access or delete.
